The caduceus (2 snakes around a rod with wings), while yes its used in the medical industry occasionally, is not a symbol for healing. It is the rod of Hermes, the Greek god of commerce. Its a subtle way to of telling you that they care about money, not health.
The snake rod representing healing/medicine is the Rod of Asclepius. A single serpent wrapped around a pole.
