Name: Kakeru
AKA: The Flying Flash

Race: Fishman- Flying Fish type
Position: Food Gatherer / Hunter
Physical Appearance: 5 ft 10", light blue skin/scales with black stripes running down his body, with amber eyes, matted blue ear-length hair that hides his gills, webbed fingers and translucent fins- One flat one on his back, two small ones down the back of his neck and two long ones on his forearms, all of which can open out like sails.
Clothing: An open green-and-blue striped shirt, a white belt, blue jeans and black sandals.
Personality: Has a love-hate relationship with humans, depending what their attitude to him is. At first meeting, he'll always be tense and wary, gauging their reactions. If they don't like Fishmen, he clashes horns with them without mercy. If they don't mind Fishmen, he'll be civil, but still watchful- after what's happened to him, he'll never fully trust 'stranger' Humans again. Once he knows he can trust someone, they'll find he's calm, watchful, mildly stoic but approachable- He won't volunteer companionship, but won't send people away if they want to be with him. He's easier going with Female Humans, and won't raise a hand against them no matter what.
Ability: As with all Fishmen, he's 10X as strong as a normal Human, has Mild Kenbunshoku Haki on land, Expert Kenbunshoku Haki in the water, and a 'White Belt' in Fishman Karate (Up to you what he learns during the journey, but he would replace his belt colour accordingly).
Weakness: Staying on dry land for too long, his extremely sensitive Dorsal Fin, flattery.
History: Born in an island bay on a Spring Island in West Blue, he was always fascinated by Humans. The humans around the island, whilst nervous of Fishmen, treated them with respect, and he struck up a friendship with the children who lived there. He was especially fond of one particular girl, Chuu Sokuiki, and eventually fell for her.
Unfortunately, on the night he decided to confess his feelings, Age 15, he was captured by a visiting Pirate crew captained by One 'Regal Mane', and sold to a Tenryuubito. He was branded with the Mark of Slavery on his Dorsal fin and put to work in Arabasta as a 'freak show' to Regal Mane's pleasure. Pure torture for him, they only allowed him back into water when he collapsed from dehydration, and all the while they poked fun at him constantly.
One day he collapsed, feigning death, knowing how the Tenryuubito got rid of his dead slaves- by throwing them in the river. After they tossed him away, he managed to swim all the way to the ocean, although it nearly killed him. After recuperating, he realised he didn't know the way back...
Likes: Swimming, hunting, watching the stars, thinking about Chuu, Sake (if he can bluff his way into getting some being underaged)
Dislikes: Anyone touching his Dorsal Fin without his permission, dry conditions, the scent of strawberries.
Dream: 1) To return to the Island, find Chuu again and tell her how he feels. 2) To find Regal Mane and take him out.

Eye Color:glowing blue-green( comes with what she is.
Clothes:neon colored tank tops and black cargo pants.
Personality:fun, adventurous, can get very hyper at times. She loves candy but hates mint or anything that has the word mint in it. She a very weird fear coconuts(don't ask why I just randomly thought of it).

Other: She is a werewolf, she can turn in half and half and have white with black tips wolf ears and tail, or she can turn into a large white wolf with black markings.

Hi, I read this and so far it looks good. I'll give you a character and feel free to do what you want with it. Well here it is:
Name: Wong Li
AKA: Dark Mistress Li
Age: 19
Position: First Mate/Fighter or whatever you feel like
Physical Appearance: Is about 5'9", lobg black hair in a ponytail, indigo eyes, white skin, small boobs, and an athletic build with sone muscle, enough to know that she works out a lot but nothung over the top.
Clothing: Li's main outfit is a white tank top, black jacket with two gold stripes going down the sleves, matching black pants, black boots, black gloves with a stone on each, and a black belt that holds a katana and two pouches filled with knives and needles
Personality: Li is a tomboy so she prefers boyish things over girlish. She doesn't act like most girls, she is tough, foul-mouthed, stubborn, and gets into fights a lot. She can be violent in fights and she can be reckless and hot-headed as wrll. Howevet, she is a caring and strong-willed young woman and will always assist those who need it. She acts like an older sister to those who know her well enough and know of the true caring young woman Li is despite her cold and rough barrier.
Ability: No Devil Fruit abillities. Li is a very talented martial artist and has a great ammount of stanima and strength, making her a fierce fighter. She is a Weapon Mistress, meaning she is very skilled with many weapons and is very knowledgable on them. Her main weapon is a dagger named Yue which she keeps in a hilt tied to her right shoulder kept under her jacket. The dagger has powerful cutting abillities and has been said to be ableto cut even the moon. The two stones on her gloves allow her to summon weapons at will and is very skilled with it. She has five main attacks she an perfirm with thw gloves.
Huo Yun (Fire Summon): Summons either one or up to hundreds of weapons covered in flames.
Komg Yun (Wind Summon): Summons one or up tp hundreds of wrapons and uses wind to increse force of attack.
Shui Biao (Water Summon): Wirks like the other two but can only be used ear water.
Chen Biao (Earth Summon): Works like others and are made incredibly strong.
Yao Biao (Demon Summon): Works like othera andnuses a powerful firce tondefeat opebs, Can'tnfully be controlled and should be used only as a last resort.
Weakness: Using the summons to many times can yake up her energy. Her stubborness and temper can be bad for her as well. She also has issues woth killing so sering oters die or already dead can have bad effects on her.
History: Li grew up in a town called Silverstone Village which is filled with blacksmiths. She lived with her mom Ai and her grandmother Shiro. Tey lived at a bar Shiro owned and for most of het life, Li was taught about weapons, blacksmithing, and fighting by the two women. When eleven years old however, Li found a man seemingly ill and Ai let him stay at the house though she noticed something seemed off. A week later, Li was kidnapped by thean who reveals that his name is Snake and is leader of a group of banfits and tricked the town to lower they're guard. The bandits attacked Silverstone and Snake forced Li to eatch hundreds of people die infront of her, frightning the girl. Ai saved Li and fought Snake but when protecting her daughter, Ai was shot multiple times until Shiro saved the two abd took them to the bar. Ai died of her injuries but gave Li her dagger Yue and told her to live. The bandits escapef and the people blamed Li for everything and while Shiro tried to help Li, the girl took Yue and ran away. Since then, Li's taught herself evwrything she knows and has becone a loner who keeps to herself but helps those she can. To this day she fears killing and has never returned to the town that despises her.
Likes: Fighting, sake, strawberries, and weapons.
Dislikes: Killing, being girly, losing, and onions.
Other: Hates being teased about het small boobs and will get mad when they're mentioned.
