Great!
I love stories where the SG1 people have to act outside the stargate operation.
Plus a clever idea to make Sam temporarily a civilian (I don't think I've ever seen that done before, although it makes perfect sense)
Looking forward to the next chapter very much. (assuming ch3 is not the end?)

OMG - LUV IT! I'm really hoping that you have more that is sitting around or that you can get it written quickly :D So great story and I can't wait to read more!

Wow, looks like I'm gonna be the first to comment ;)
I think the two shows go well with each other, what probably to do with your great writing style. Even though I've never actually watched west wing i had no problem following, so a great compliment on that.
Now my take on what might happen in the next chapter...
She is not really gonna take the offer, is she? I mean it's a nice opportunity to get out of the whole regulations-mess but i can't see Sam as a political figure playing nice with the president and his staff. While she is alway polite, i think she is more of a hands-on kinda girl.
On the other side, it is fanfiction after all and everything is possible, right?
So keep the writing up!
