I like the explanation of how ranma was able to keep.
Ok if ranma now sees saber to be this strong, I can't wait to see ranma's reaction to saber in action or Hercules.
Lastly I am curious as to how they'll react to the curse Ranma has.

I was expecting chevalier d'Eon considering there gender situation. However, I suppose that was impossible possible with FGO not out at that time.

I don't see the need for them to visit the church. None of them really have a reason to go there, plus I don't think that Saber wants to go there (I really don't see her suggesting that they visit or register there).

One problem.
The fight between Lancer & Archer took place on school grounds, not several streats away from the school.
You even wrote that in.
So there is NO WAY that that Ranma could have intercepted Lancer in a vacant lot as the Servant was chasing the boy who was running to the school.

Really? Did you not read any of Ranma's fights? His skill level is magnified against weapon users as they are forced to move their center of gravity out of balance when committing to a strike, let alone the easy target the wrist and forearm makes for disarming techniques as well as grappling maneuvers. As to techniques used, where the heck is anything on the Umi-senken list? Lancer is a pretty good suspect for murder and should have bleeding out his eyes as his lungs fail to fill with air, a martial artist is supposed to protect the weak, crippling a monster is perfectly acceptable as a response. The fight scene also seemed to lack a physical environment, the two seem to be fighting in a void after your initial description, Saotome's use the environment to overcome their opponents all the time with distraction.
As for summoning Saber, unless they were fighting in the Emiya property storehouse, nothing happens when you spill blood in the city of Fuyuki or every murder victim would have summoned a Servant as the escaping life force would have provided enough energy to trigger a prepared summons. The location was key as Shirou's father had lived and worked there for years before his death so the form was prepared but nobody was available to supply the sacrifice. Ranma's collection of magical curses could have provided some energy for such a thing, but his blood would be redundant as a carrier vessel as the Servant summoning requires the bending of reality thus mana/prana/magic is the key. Not blood, this isn't some one-shot adventure from a role-playing game calling the servant of a dark power.

Actually a possible catalyst would be the dragons whisker, granted it's a long shot but it's never stated what kind of dragon it comes from.
