I'd recommend fleshing out the paragraphs more. Maybe describe their expressions, outfits, appearances, etc. That way the readers can get a better view of what's going on, instead of just what's being said.
This story sounds like it'll be a fun idea. The concept of Rose and the good Tenth Doctor being married is appealing, I'll admit. Definitely putting this story on Story Alert. Keep writing!
