I really liked this story. Yes, I feel badly for Bridget a lot because of what she had to go through with her mother. It just makes sense that she'd feel this way and then have to comfort her daughter who had a bad dream about her dying. One mistake I noticed is that you don't have commas before the quotes when someone is talking. You have to have that unless you replace it with a question mark or an exclamation mark depending on the quote and whether it's an exclamation or a question. But if it's neither, then you have to have a comma there. Other than that, good job.
