Nice chapter! Once again, I love your A/N in the middle of your chapters. They make the story even more unique. I don't find it weird the abrupt change in feelings. Families that really love each another and are as close as Dee's seem should be able to forgive even if they don't forget. I really hope you update soon since you haven't updated in over a year

This is a really cool set-up, and I'm intrigued to find out what you do next (especially when you actually get to Sky High!). The family situation is albeit awkward, but still adds to the plot (and I love Tank, he rocks my socks:D). You're a very funny and entertaining author, so I can't wait to see what you do next.
I'm going to give you a heads up/warning before you fall into the same trap I've fallen into with my fanfictions: DON'T LET DELILAH BECOME A MARY SUE! The fact that she can so easily control water when she's only *just* discovered her powers is too unbelievable and doesn't add tension. Maybe by the end of the story she can do all that, but if she just discovered it, you have a lot of opportunities for mess-ups and big conflict, depending on what she does with it.
