My only issue with this is that for that to work Dean'd have to have the same blood type as Sam because if he didn't Sam's body would reject it and that'd be really bad

I'm glad Dean got the vampires. They were more clever and careful than most which makes them extra dangerous.

I like to think a good vampire is nothing shy of roadkill. Well... my 'son' says as much.
Poor Sammy! Went down without much of a struggle. Later on Dean will raz him about that one. Cumaden is a bad, bad medicine. My aunt had to take it for a clot and it took next to nothing to bruise her. Those vampires were *nasty*! Talk about watered-down wine! I liked how Dean blew the nest to kingdom come, but I would not have minded seeing him lop off a head or two. Bowling for vampires, anybody? Rolling heads can be funny-in a dark humorous, macabre, sick sort of way.
I'd never put it past Dean to do something like that, but he'd not do it in front of Sammy.
Well... Not!Sam might appreciate the sick humor of it.
Anyway, I thought the vampire's use of drugs to extend Sam's life and his blood was a really clever idea. Shaun makes me think of the ghouls that fed on Sam "his blood tastes different"

I really enjoyed this! And what a neat twist on a vampire story, using a blood thinner and IV's!
And really there was plenty to enjoy here; I liked the choke hold and I appreciated all the brotherly moments too.
