It was good but I must make one comment (constructive critism, plz take no offense)
I find Emmett to be over-protective and, though he is, it's coming across a bit corny to me. XD ... Then again, maybe it's just he's not showing enough of his humor, his devilish side (which happens to be my FAVORITE side =P)... I suggest (politely) trying to show that a bit more and not have him being so uptight.

I was doing great up until this point. I didn't really like the rule thing. A little odd being they are vampires and the whole mate for life thing and knowing at first sight who they are meant to spend eternity with. Perhaps Carlisle should explain that to Emmit beings he is a new vampire. Looking forward to the update!
