I have read this story 3 or 4 times now since it first came out and still enjoy it very much. It is too bad the sequel was never finished.

A really imaginative and interesting story. I am sorry you never got to finish. I would have enjoyed seeing what differences Harry had made already. Thank you for sharing your story.

Harry should have asked Harold (or Charlus) Lord Potter if Dumbledore was allowed to view his memories. The DMLE did not take a copy. Is your AU time traveling Harry Potter. Parselmouth?
Does James already have the Peverell cloak? Why haven’t the Potters run a paternity blood test on Harry? Dorea Potter née Black is not only from a Dark Family, but she is the quintessential Slytherin.

Not a bad work. I knew because of the low word count (in comparison with other HP works) it would have a lot of rushed negatives. However as I knew they were inevitable, reading around them isn't too bad. Only actual negative I would say is that you had Harry's mindset reversed to a literal child. Not pretending to be a child in certain cases like other works, but literally having the mind of a child. It's pretty weird to be honest and its clearly allowed you to make the work exaggeratingly "angsty" which is such a bore to read through.

I adore this story. The lighthearted tone of it, while also covering deeper topics, is compelling.
