LOL, I loved this...I think you should make a series of actions like this. She is scary after she married Naruto, I mean in canon Baruto she tossed both him and their son out of the house at one point. Not only that, but she is deadly.

I really like the story, hahhaa... Baldness, poor Hikaru... the twins are awesome, even more Hinata is awesome... poor naruto, it's like he's with sakura but a little more violent and calm... I lIKE IT!

Not bad, but yet not good. Sort of just so so.
Not sure what happened with Sakura speaking something other then english in that one paragraph, but that didn't help things. Also Sakura still beating Naruto around was also a low point to the story. What is she twelve again?
Naruto seems to big of an idiot for me, the final low point of the story.
Grammar wise needs some work and capitalization needs a once over again. You seem to forget that you have to capitalize after the time skip. There's plenty of free online sites that will help out with your spelling and grammar.
