What the hell man? The first time he met shinobi they tried to kill him for no reason. And now he's trusting them because they're showing concern even though they kidnapped him and raped his mind? Fuck Konoha. Why is there never a story about someone wandering the elemental nations instead of becoming loyal to fucking Konoha ? Why?

this chapter is another example of how unnecessary the "raped bloody and cum-filled" bit was unnecessary. the literal soul-deep trauma and how it was done is volumes more than enough for the hatred of being touched to manifest.
I'm also unable to enjoy a slash story because the entire concept gives me nothing to empathize with. i think it's because to me there's nothing to enjoy about it. 2 guys to me is like parents going at it. hetero and lesbians i get because i understand the appeal of at least one of the participants, whereas 2 dudes is like parents in that there's nothing about what's going on that appeals to me.
there's also an issue with your character associating gay acts as horrific and painful. violation and agony. utterly wrong and tormentous. writing him into ever being interested, even desiring cock play will never be in any way logical with your established history. in fact, i would have expected the past to leave harry utterly distrustful of grown men, latching more onto females because they lack the same learned pain association. even a female relationship would likely be difficult, but one with a man would be utterly nonsensical with your established past in my opinion.

I've never read a story where the "my character was shaped by being raped as a child" bit actually made sense as necessary. everything else you put in covers his messed up head, so the "he was raped so bad he couldn't tell if he was leaking blood or cum" bit served more of an insight into the authors proclivities than the character's past. most people that include that tropey cliche, including you, don't seem to realise that they already have plenty of both clear and implied trauma established to explain a damaged mentality. adding rape is just overkill that makes the reader uncomfortable.
