Reading the Author's Note at the beginning and thinking 'I remember floods in Queensland from when i ised ti libe in Australia. I wonder what year it is.' Then looking at the year this was published and thinking 'Yeah I remember the bad floods in Brisbane. It wrecked my 9th Birthday because I couldn't go to Australia Zoo and then, when we changed plans, the bowling alley flooded.'

Okay I’ve been trying to do the math for years, but I simply can’t make it work. If their first child was born in 1919, he more than likely didn’t have kids until he was around 20 or so, so Isabella would be their great granddaughter not their great-great.

I really liked the alternate ending. It was really cool but weird what the future seems to hold. Is the future destined to be a continuous circle? I can't see how it could be any other way. So is that for eternity? It seems strange that it could go in a complete circle with no deviation for ever and ever and everything just repeat itself exactly. I really enjoyed your story and the alternate ending and thank you for sharing it.

I waited all these years to read this. I love Beyond Time and see no need for an alternate ending. That said, I loved this piece. I still prefer the original. but this was well-written (no surprise) and enjoyable. Isn't the present day Bella about to quit existing though? The past is past or are they going through a never-ending continuing cycle?
In any case, thank you for all the enjoyment I've received from all your stories over the years.

Excellent alternate ending. I do like that B&E had children. I was kind of upset in the original story that no children were possible, but thank you for this.
