I'd just like to say that Cloud Railroad has excellant taste in profile pics :)
Anyway, onto your story. It was beautifully written, you managed to make the main antagonist of the series seem almost human. And I actually felt for him when his son died. This story is genius, definitely favouriting it!

Well, I really enjoyed it. Although at the end, he was in the Capitol in Mockingjay, not District 13. And I think you were saying that he lied to Katniss about the bombs, but I really think that however cruel he was, he was always completely honest with her. But I liked the transition from human to snake! Really liked it!

Wow. This was really amazing. You made Snow seem actually human in the beginning, and I have no idea how you did that. what I found most amazing was that you portrayed him as an actual human being in the beginning of the story with genuine hopes and dreams and fears. I also thought you showed his transformation to a greedy power hungry lunatic quite well. It was sort of gradual but I though you built it up very well. My favorite part was when his son died because you really showed how human Snow was there, the fact that this loss would impact so greatly that he would begin changing.
This was simply amazing. I honestly don't know how you did it but you portrayed Snow's transformation perfectly. And I thought that last part (the one about because of him, Katniss believed it was Coin, etc) with his mentality/thought processes was genius.
Definitely favoriting. :D
