"Arthur can't find Merlin. The idiot seems to have vanished into thin air for all the scurrying servants can tell him. "Oh, he went somewhere over there," is about the best direction he has gotten. He has been searching for almost ten minutes, and is just about to return to the front when, in the act of crossing the courtyard, he hears a loud crash emanating from above him. Turning, the Prince sees an enormous fireball exploding out of a broken window above him. It flares for barely five seconds, but Arthur thinks, If that doesn't have 'Merlin is in trouble' written all over it, I'll eat my sword."
one of my favorite parts of this chapter. :)

I really don't see how it is possible for you to make this story more amazing then it already was, but somehow you have managed the impossible!
So far a really lovely read, and I have noticed a bit more clarity in some parts, of which Nobody's befuddled mind is very grateful :-)

That was pure genius. And the demon was looking so cocky.
Aww, this is the end! You should make another short one when all the reincarnations get old, or just more adventures if any good ideas come to mind.
