Wow, now this is a definitely different take on the Superman Mythos here, and can't wait to see how you go with this, and how long it will take for Supes to figure out all the backdoor shenanigans, as well as what it is that sets him after Diana, along with if he'll be meeting up with some of the other alien DC women?

an interesting story idea, I look forward to seeing more in the near future! Just one hope, and thats that Kal-el will find his parents cubic box thing sooner rather than later and learn about his real parents and his home technology and all that comes with it. Hope to see more in the future for sure no matter what.

That's interesting to write - complete rewrite of Kal-El's childhood. Instersting to see arrogant Kal-El with potty mouth and hatred towards his biological parents for "abandoning" him.
When I heard the words "bounty hunter", I was thinking about Lobo. Thanks for not disappointing me.
Since you mentioned Green Lantern Corps, are you planning to include one of them in your story?

Love it.
You did a great job showing the Jor-El and Lara's fears and desperate hope in sending away their little baby in hopes of giving him a chance to live.
the bounty hunters were a very cool creation. Having rough hard individuals raise Little Kal-El was a cool twist. So Kal grew up on the wrong side of the universe and developed an arrogant attitude and maybe developed his powers a little faster due to two yellow suns. while his rough and tough parents became softer and more loving because of him. beautifully contrast there.
You gave us sadness and loss and hope and love and betrayal and friendship and humor all in one chapter!
can't wait to see what you have next!

This is going to be a good one, if this chapt is anything to go by. Such a radical re-write of Kal's beginnings (great premise, btw Ben ;])and yes..well..this Kal does have a potty mouth, but, as has been said before, I'm sure a certain Amazon princess will help him see things in a different light, in due course. I can see this one being a 50, on 60 parter LOLOL...maybe...;}, anyways, update soon, A

Interesting to see how Kal would be raised by Bounty Hunters and you know we should thank Dirk and Saki for keeping this kid. So he's got a potty mouth but I bet it's a cute mouth :)...and I daresay a certain princess is going to not be too pleased when he swears and cusses around her...lol.
I thought Granny was going to get him for a minute.
Nice to see he can get some respect out of Lobo.
Damn that Letroi. Now they've killed Kal's parents and Apokolips wants him.
I wonder if kal even knows what he is about to face?
