Oh man. I remember this story. I adored this story, and still do. Why did you and other writers like you, have to spoil me so? It makes me wish desperately that Mr. Moffat would take some lessons from you in character writing and giving them depth, in particular women. He doesn't know how to write women to save his life, always assigning women to black and white, shallow, 2 dimensional characterizations that not only are unrelatable, but don't make much sense (The guy can protest until he turns blue, but he really is misogynistic and has some kind of complex when it comes to women, always thinking in terms of walking wombs, dominatrix, illogical, emotional, needy beings who aren't full people) It angers me that his lack of ability to understand females at all, leads to his poor writing of them, and it makes me crave writers like you. They should hire people like you to write the episodes dang it. You breathe life into characters beyond what the current staff at the BBC seem capable of doing.

Oh, what a joy it is to read something on FanFiction that is not only entertaining and funny, but is written by an author that knows the word “provocation,” and how to use it in a sentence! Half my time reading here is spent rolling my eyes at people using the wrong “bear/bare” or “there/they’re/their.”
Thank you, thank you!
My gratefulness is like the Doctor baking you delicious biscuits in nothing but a frilly apron!

Oh my good god! What a story, a beautifully written story. I'm in love with The Doctor as it is. I'm still waiting for that mad man in the blue box. But by god john, a classic loving man, fallen for him now! Very well written

I LOVE THIS STORY! You write Donna exactly how I imagine she would be in this situation. Great Job!

I loved this! The way you protrayed Donna in this situation, John's insecurity, their passion, it was great.

This was AMAZING. Loved it. So in character and loved their reactions! You should totally write a sequel or even a prequel. Also the epilogue killed me so tbh I just pretend I didn't read it :D

This was lovely! I'm usually more of a fan of platonic best friends Ten/Donna, but this was such a nice romance I think you sold me on it. I really enjoyed it! And I'm glad you threw in the epilogue, so it doesn't quite have an implied sad ending.

Okay. I have to make sure to read the rest of this alone. My husband keeps giving me concerned looks when I cackle evilly at Donna's oh so lovely-I mean horrible situations.

Oh there is so much I like about Donna's list...it probably says a lot about me that one of the main reasons I love the Donna/10 pairing so much is that there weren't a ton of doe eyes being thrown around like there were with Rose and Martha. For such a smart girl, Martha really needed a bop on the head...IMO anyway. Love the snarkyness that oozes through the chapter :-)

This was great. I was looking for a good friendship story because any romance involving the doctor was usually accompanied by fanservice and odd wish fulfillment but this caught my eye because I never really thought of a Doctor/Donna pairing because I always thought their friendship was perfect but this was beautiful and downright hot and I felt bad for reading this while my new puppy cuddled me.
