So Victoria did hear that Edward loves Bella but their situations were different. I would think the love for a sister and a partner are a bit different. Maybe Victoria wasn't mentioned in the grandchildren conversation because she's younger but the Carlisle reaction could always be mentioned to her. Parents don't always want to think of their daughters having sex, if she was married I'm sure she would have been mentioned first.

Emette probably is still under the impression that Bella is seventeen. As long as Edward was aware of who Bella was and her age before he acted on his feelings I don't think he did anything wrong.
Victoria...was she listening at the door when Edward made his statement? When they were talking about James girlfriend I couldn't help Victoria crossing my mind but I dismissed it since she isn't a mafia princess. After the pregnancy talk I couldn't help wondering again if it was possible she was involved with James. The mafia princess label could have been an exaggeration but we also dont know who Victoria's father is. James could have met her when he was undercover so I guess it's possible.

I still thing Garrett might be more sensitive to what he says if he realized the connection between Bella and Edward. He compared Bella's feelings to seeing horrible things, I'm surprised she didn't get offended and set him straight. He doesn't know how she feels unless something happened to Kate

So Bella has no free will? It's not something she gets a say in right now? He could try to be a little more sympathetic. She doesn't have to testify if she doesn't want to and she can say she didn't get a good look at the guys, they can't make her. I know that Garett is just keeping her alive for a friend who was several hurt protecting her so I empathize but he could still be more sympathetic. Maybe he would have understood more if he knew how she felt about Edward and was asked how he would feel if it was Kate.

Garett seems a bit much, I know he's meant to protect her but there is a thing called free will. You can't force someone to be in protective custody, I think man handling and possibly drugging someone to do your bidding is going a little too far. The situation was dire and FBI was starting to flood the area and Garett had to get Bella out of there so I am inclined to believe he was just focused on saving her life but he should have at least tried to reason with her once they got to the marina. I also understand that his and possibly Kate's life were also in danger under the circumstances if he had to protect her in the hospital. I'm sorry...I'm very independent so my biggest pet peeve is someone trying to control me, it really gets my hackles up...lol. I may be overreacting a bit, she was hysterical and I could see his side of things also.

Loved getting Edward's pov but through the whole chapter I was anticipating his pov at the movie theatre and when he found out her real age. I hope it will be in the story somewhere.
