I love that O'Neill just accepted his "punishment" from Sam. He HAD to have known that his actions were hurting his team, even though he also felt like he was saving them. I can totally see this playing out at some point during this episode, and this moment when Sam figures out the seemingly impossible does really set the tone for the following several seasons. They trust each other. It's part of their "thing". Thanks for linking this on GW-I needed the little bit of happy this morning. :)
