Such a dark road to this point, but it sounds like things have gotten better for Mion (with her friends at least). I know she can't get off from the drug abuse and stuff that easily! Hope to see more!

A toster oven? Why not a Mion plushi or at the very least a pet cicada. Anyway, I'm glad I got it right. it just shows that I read everything. I wonder if Keiichi eye is healed or permeantly damage, you need to mention that in the next chapter or show. Oh, and have Keiichi try and talk to Mion again, maybe that will make things interesting. Anyway update Soon:D

Aww, poor cicada. You need to let Mion keep it. I would:P Anyway from what I can see, in Mion dreams, the chains are the chains of her addictions. Addictions grab hold of their victims and never lets go. However they will be loosen if the person goes and gets some help to deal with it. In Mions case since she has yet told anyone about her addictions the chain is holding fast to her, keeping her under the water. Which brings me to the light. The light is what was your joy before the addiction. It's kinda hard to remember the good times you had when you are full of guilt and sorrow.
Anyway I hope I'm correct in some way, and update soon:D
