This is really interesting so far! It can be a little confusing when you change scenes, and I recommend using something to indicate that, but that aside, I really like this. I think that her family, as I'm a HUGE fan of the Sonozaki Family, should find out and try to take care of her. Oh, and Keiichi too. Of course, if Mion is involved, Keiichi must be too. Well, that's what I think should happen, anyways. I honestly can't wait to see where Keiichi gets into all of this, and I can't wait for this fluff you are talking about. Ahaha... sorry, I'm in a huge MionXKeiichi mood right now ;3;. I'm not usually like this : P. On a more serious note, I hope that Mion doesn't get TOO depressed. Man, it seems like she's gotten pretty bad. Soon enough, she'll be going pretty insane ;3;. And this is why we don't do drugs. Of course, the others can always comfort her, but I'd like to see Shion and Keiichi comforting her mainly, as I believe those are the two she is closest too. Oh yeah, perhaps her parents too? We don't get many interactions between Mion and her parents + sister, so I'd LOVE to see that. Honestly, that would make me a happy Crimso.

2. No Internet in the 1980s
3. Computers were rare in /wealthy/ schools in the 1980s in /America/. Consider the fact now that Hinamizawa's school is very poor and very small - a computer in there would be the result of a miracle by God.
4. I wonder how the old man knows how to use a computer despite theoretically never seeing one...
5. I doubt there were network bulletins (on what you could've argued was a primitive form of the internet) about harvesting ecstasy from piss.
That's all I have to say. I like the idea that this story is based on, keep it up.
