Whoa - Faora! Bruce has to save her (never thought I would say that about Zod's missus). Zod is truly losing it. Great upddate and sorry to read about losing your work.

I am SO sorry for not reviewing more often! Life has been crazy recently, so I'm only now starting to catch up with my fic. This was a great chapter - so exciting! The Brainiac scene was amazing, and I'm liking what you are hinting at about how the story will climax - sounds like some action and angst are on the way! Great work, my friend - look forward to seeing how this all ends!

Well Brainiac didn't waste anytime did he? Nice tactical move on his part, but he should've processed his data further where Chloe was concerned. lol My girl did good getting one up on him!
Oliver is wonderful in his musings about Chloe. Loved him and Bruce bonding. Glad he wasn't too much of a stickler about the woman who helped Bruce.
Kal-El might have proven he is a better alien after all.
Feeling conflicted knowing that this story is coming to an end.

I want to believe Kal has changed too and I'm guessing he's going to get his chance to prove himself pretty soon.
No one noticed some guy, Brainiac, standing around then flying off? lol
YaY Bruce escaped! Is Faora with him?
I love how protective Ollie is of Chloe and vice versa. Reading them say their ILY's and showing how much they care for one another is beautiful. Especially being in another world and having to fight to stay alive.
Loved the update. Thank you so much.

Ok so I almost cringed to think that everyone was going to be re-captured. Then you went and brought back Kal who helped them get away. lol
Chloe and Oliver are the ones J'onn is going to have to convince that Kal has changed. The others won't accept anything if Chlollie don't accept it.
Off to read the next update.

Again another jammed pack chapter. The stuff with Kal trying to right his wrongs - well there are some things you just can't fix and really at this point he would be a kind of outcast. He no longer belongs with the Kandorians but the Team don't really want him either.
For me Chloe's/Oliver's reactions to Kal and the women who had lost their child showed skills in writing emotional wrenching moments and that scene worked for me better that the earlier one when Zod executed the two guards. The difference for me being one described how someone was feeling and I was able to empathize, whereas the other was more like observing something from a distance and hard to get emotionally invested in feeling horrified at Zod's cruelty.

Jammed packed chapter. Totally understand Oliver not wanting to believe that Kal had changed.
Poor Chloe losing a finger, but it's unlikely that they would all be uninjured.
