I know I'm super late to the Downton party, but I just had to let you know how much I enjoyed this fic. You always hit the perfect balance of drama and hope. I loved the constant and realistic emotional growth of M/M as a couple. My absolute favorite part is Mary fighting for Matthew to be present for the birth of Bobby. It was such an in character choice for your story and it rang entirely true. Thank you so much for taking the time and energy to see this story through until the end. It will always be one of my favorites.

I hope you're still seeing reviews, because I've owed you this one since this story was originally posted, long before I got around to making an account here. I have read this story in its entirety SO MANY times and I love it every time. I love the premise, I love the dialogue, I love the interactions, everything. So fabulous and amazingly written.
