I just re-read the whole thing in one go and it was still as good as I remembered. So lifelike, as if you plucked the thoughts from the heads of living, breathing people instead of made-up characters. And Christine has so much more agency, refuses to comply to the wishes of others or bend to their expectations. I truly truly hope her note reaches or beloved Erik in time, and he gets to save her before she is whisked away to god knows where. Not cool, Raoul, not cool.

When I tell you that your story updates are the highlight of my day, week, month, semester even… I have certainly told you before, but the way you write the thought process of the characters is sublime! It makes them so real, so tangible. My favourite sentence in this chapter was the part about the sharp, brittle feelings growing in his chest like thorns. Wonderful imagery!
As for what actually happened: oh dear me. A note. What could possibly go wrong? I will await your next installment with baited breath!

Raoul's pov is actually hilarious these last few chapters. Glad he truly does understand the situation, underneath, maybe that will make it easier when the time really comes for the truth, and hopefully, break. I hope Christine was trying to tell him what we want to hear. But now with Mom spilling the beans... horrible timing! lol. Thanks!

Christine is in a pickle now. Will she leave Raoul and how will Erik fit into all this? But what a turn when her mother-in-law told Raoul the news and she heard it from her doctor! Gotta love Mother de Chagny. This story cracks me up. Erik will have to start coming up with a new plan. Please update soon.

Please let this end well for Erik and Christine. Its taken great effort for him to be "civil" with Raoul and this strange situation. This has been a rather humorous story and so funny to read. If he wants Christine, he needs to accept that he and her are already parents and try to figure out a plan so they can get away safely from Raoul. Cant wait to see what happens next...
