I loved this story. I wish I left you a review after every chapter but I was reading it on my phone and, mostly couldn't wait to read the next one. Both characters are very sweet and I think therapy sessions were very realistic. I think it's very easy to get the dialogue wrong in therapy scenes but you never pulled me out of the story. Very well done. I really enjoyed this story. Would have loved to see more of the sex scene, but then I'd always want to see more when the character development is done well.

I re-read this tonight just for fun. The last line, 'And Edward has been the most unexpected surprise', it just makes me sigh. Every single time I read it. It's one of my favorite lines in any fic any where, any time. Because after all, the only reason I found fic and the fandom is because of Edward, and it has all been a most unexpected surprise.

A lovely recovery story. My husband had been married prior to meeting me, and I think the same thing. "What was she thinking? He's such a great guy. She must be crazy for not appreciating him." I know of many hurt people whom divorce has been devastating to them economically and emotionally. I have been with my husband for 23 years and can't imagine going through this situation. Thanks for sharing this story.
