Very nice! I feel like all of us watched the episode and said "FINALLY, Arthur saw Merlin almost die to save him again! Must write, must write, MUST WRITE!" I like the direction you went with this :)

EPIC EPISODE! Bloody hell, I missed Merlin and the knights! And now I understand that Merlin wasn't the sacrafice...yet! Damn I hate cliffhangers!
Also sad fic, but I'm sure by now that you know that Merlin isn't dead.

... slightly morbid but hey, it's still an excellent tag. Although he can't be dead for long, that would be a very pointless series wouldn't it? Anyway. I liked it. Carry on the good work.

Am I the only one that noticed how Gaius said no mortal suvived their touch and Merlin does survive? Ahh, but Gaius said MORTAL ... maybe Merlin is not as mortal as we think he is

cute except, you know, merlin isn't actually dead. But still, great fic. I mean, Merlin isn't dead because of three things- 1. in the next episodes preview, he's not 2. according to summaries on wikipedia all of them live for the third episode- AArthur's b-day! and 3. Merlin is too epic to be dead. it simply isn't possible. =P

OMG HOW EPIC WAS LAST NIGHTS EPISODE! One thing i am totally relived about is that from the 'next week on Merlin...' people keep on talking to him, so he's alive! But WHO are they burning!

Yes, it was a cool episode :) And great interpretation of it. I love how you've used the moving hands suddenly stilled idea. Gaius did say no mortal has ever survived, thereby giving Merlin every chance to be revived, but if he isn't soon, he won't be able to stop Arthur's sacrifice. :D Looking forward to the next ep and more from you!
