chapter one on its own is beautiful and makes a wonderful one-shot.
adding chapter two is like yummy ice cream, but you scared me because i totally thought it was going one way and then you twisted it into a happy ending! great job!

Ah, the possibilities of a second chapter: seeing each other in the final battle or running to each other right after or years later, both married, bittersweet "what ifs". I've read stories where they kill each other during the final battle because they can't live without or Draco kills Lucius because he aims at Hermione.
Endless possibillities. So, if it bites you, the second chapter, let it out. You set it up nicely, let it come.
