I’m only halfway through ch 15 but this version of Bella is quite irritating. She acts like she’s never lied to Charlie before when in all honesty she did that the entire time she was with Edward in Forks. Love this story though and the fact I’m so outraged just proves how good of a writer you are!

This is a great palate-cleanser, seeing Edward finally recognize and acknowledge that he was controlling, manipulative, and unfair - and Bella see her own part in a very problematic relationship. You've worked through this and revived their relationship in a refreshing way. Well done and very readable.

Well, you've discovered a unique way of reclaiming Edward's and Bella's disastrous relationship, and reforming the controlling, self-loathing, pathologically pessimistic Edward, through the simple device of rebooting Edward's entire brain. Of course, the solution to most problems is: try turning it off and then back on again.
You do a good job of writing both characters as plausibly altered but still recognizable. I'm looking forward to seeing where this goes.

Sometimes, when I'm feeling nostalgic, I'll come back and read Twilight fanfic. It doesn't happen often, but I'm so glad to have found this one. Beautifully done with the chance for this pair to reflect on their past mistakes and how they weren't exactly 'good' for each other when they first met. This was a clever way to give them a second chance to repair what had been broken between them. I'm also glad that you gave Jacob a chance to come around even though Kim's story was a bittersweet one. Still well done and clever. I'm only a little disappointed that Renesmee didn't make her appearance, but it's understandable since you paired Jacob early on with Beth. I enjoyed how the epilogue took us into the future and that Bella got her mother back into her life.
