This story is entertaining and educational at the same time. I hope you got an A on your assignment.
The humor is nice. L having to remind himself to dumb it down for Matsuda is pretty funny. I love how L hits Matsuda and Light with papers when they interrupt him. I also love that one paragraph, "He got it. Good. L sent up a silent thanks to God. The real God, not the psycho-killer with a god complex." It's just too perfect.
Oh and of course Matsuda got himself in trouble once again, that's expected. I like how L considers smashing his cake into Matsuda's face, but when it comes down to it would never do anything to his precious strawberry shortcake.

There should me school books written like that especially for younger kids. Things you have to learn told by popular book, movie etc characters. Awesome. I would love Snape telling about chemistry and Light could talk about religion.
