See, this FF, as all your others, is why I have you on Author Alert. This was beautifully written and truly can be left alone as a one shot. Oh wow - a new story from you is always an event, and this one has got off to a fantastic start. You write some of the best AU fics I've ever read and this looks like it will be no exception. And what a premise - Edward as a vampire priest! And I'm guessing the new volunteer might well be a tasty morsel named Bella? Ooh, so looking forward to reading more.

I don't have much of a review to give as this is the first chapter. I can say that I am already pulled in and am so interested to read the development of Edward's character. More importantly, I wanted to thank you for your A/N. Too often, it seems writers will warn of things like "tons of great sex" "really wonderful plot" but you respected your readers to give a genuine warning that religion is involved with all the baggage that can entail. I will continue reading this story because I do like to travel outside of my comfort zone but I do want to say thank you for respecting your readers.
