Very sweet... I love it. I especially like that Amy is listening and her smile at the end, as well as the description of her bedroom.

You definitely have a flair for writing. You managed to depict the Doctor's darker thoughts under his usual hyper exterior really well. I also liked the reference to Donna, which I felt was the saddest ending a companion could have. The story has a good flow to it, making it really easy to read. There are no grammatical errors which I can spot too. I found this one shot really lovely, and I would love to see more of your writings. In the words of Ten, 'Molto bene!' (:
