for a second, I thought the title said "High Republic", the SW Era that takes between the Old Republic and the Prequel Trilogy (the current books take place around 200 years before The Phantom Menace), which started in 2021.

That was a depressing sad ending, that was devastating in a way. It was truly painful. RIP this version of Star Wars characters. I will say though, this was very well written, so kudos to you for great spacing and grammar! Thanks for a genuinely good fanfic.

Love it so far! However, just so you know (not trying to offend): Padme's mother is Jobal & Anakin has blonde or brown (not dark brown) hair. Nicely done so far though! Love AUs like this!
