I'm glad Nakoma is a heroine in this story. It shows that while she remains traditional in some ways, Pocahontas' influence has rubbed off on her.
I'm interested to see where this goes.

Wow this is amazing I really like it. I'm interested to see where this would go. Nahkoma is a great woman and she deserves more. Her husband was way out of line especially talking about Pocahontas like that. But that's what makes the story even more intriguing.

Oooh! The plot thickens! It's so typical of Nakoma to play the caretaker and she does it so well. It'll be interesting to see what happens when Pocahontas and Powahaton arrive. Hopefully they'll bring a little bit of whoop-*** with them!

However, to what extent were John and the others tortured? How, specifically?
I'm interested in seeing how Hassun takes the news that Nakoma helped the others. I hope he doesn't react too violently.

Wonderful chapter, as always. Go Nakoma, stand up for your people and BFF! I loved this line, "Well, I first get saved by Pocahontas and now you. I must have that affect on the Powhatan women." JS does have that effect doesn't he? I am curious as to what the next chapter will bring us and the relationship development btw JS and Nakoma. Will you be shaking some relationship things up? If so, go for it, change every now and again is interesting!
