"Let's party." Famous words that really get things going, be it a celebration or a firefight. This should turn out we- no, no it won't.
So, a lot of what Ichigo's been thru has been recorded, so to speak, by Rukia? Is all that info. simply gonna stay in the record archives of SS or somehow be published in a biography of Carrot-top if his popularity skyrockets more? I can also imagine Tatsuki not really wanting to wear such formal attires, but reluctantly doing so for friends. Did Ichigo really used to have a sweet tooth or did some fanfic writer make it up & everyone went along with it? Oh well.
In other news, the Bleach manga is NOT gonna go on a 3-week hiatus. Rather, Kubo will indeed cover the 17 months absence of the Gotei 13, albeit in a more omake sort-of form. Just thought I'd give ya the heads-up. Bleach Asylum seemed to have confirmed this.

ah fluff, good to have before all the fireworks start (because i know some ignorant or arrogant noble will make a remark about vying for rukias hand that will set ichigo off) i ennjoyed seeing the interaction between mother and son. good chapter full of fluff, i look forward to your next chapter.

Good chapter. Now, next chapter we can watch Ichigo blow up (I have little doubt of that happening) and incite rebellion(we can always hope).
If Byakuya needs proof that Ichigo and Rukia are in love, all he needs to do is look at their Zanpakutou(or is it Zanpakutous. Zanpakutai? stupid plurals.). Even theirs swords like each other. Cause I don't see Zangetsu putting up with Senbonzakura for no reason. Looking forward to the next one.

In all seriousness, I mostly smiled in amusement, not ROFL. Doesn't mean I don't have a sense of humor. Probably mostly cuz I was listening to Mazzy Star while reading this chapter. Or something else. Still, it's clever what you wrote here.
U aware of the ever-growing list of Rules of Anime? Does it list that Murphy's Law is [almost] always in effect? In Bleach, pretty much any moment will silliness ensue, then something serious, to the likelihood of exploding, fighting, & yelling. Rukia & co. will do what they can to make sure Ichigo's attention isn't directed at Byakuya, which will only work for so long. If there's an solace to this, Carrot-top spends time with his mother again. He deserves it. Where this all goes next? How 'bout WAY DOWN SOUTH?

Wow. Byakuya was lucky that Ichi's friends showed up then, or he might well have become a Bya-sickle. Lol. And as it turns out, my younger sister knows the Heimlich. Hope I won't need it before this is over. BTW, you could just have Orihime cook the noble's food. It would either kill them or scare them off. Either would work. Shame Kubo didn't have her feed Aizen...
