This was absolutely amazing! I think the idea of Merlin trying to make Athur hate him so he could die for him was really plausible. And kudos to you for keeping them both in character as well.

Wonderful! I've seen Merlin's "you should hate me because of all the evil things I've done" speech before, but never with an Arthur with brains, who doesn't just react. This was nice.
