Appearance-slightly pale with light green eyes and medium length brown hair thats usually kept in a ponytail. His wardrobe is like that of Jeff Hardy's(casual punker style) Has three scars of his right eye
Talents/Skills-excelent at mixed marial arts and skilled profiler, used to play pitcher for baseball before he ran away and exclent driver
Weaskness-has a blown out right knee, so can't run all that well and has a bad temper
Traits/Personality-is laid back and doesn't talk all that much, but when he does people listen.
Is on the fence. He is on friendly terms but he likes to stay to himself, but he'll help if need be. as for when he appears, leave that up to you

Talent/skilly thingy: Martial arts sonds cool, how about that?
Weakness: Family getting hurt. Frezees at the sight of blood.
Traits: How about... Um... Really mean at the begining then he slowly warms up. After awhile, howabout he's brave, kinda like a big brother. Can be kinda over protective others he'll be joking around.
Friend/Enemy: Looks/ sounds like enemy, then warms up, acts like a brother.

Seems like a good idea, with plenty of areas you could delve into later on, like why Tony's on the streets, I also like the fact, that even if it's possible and easier, you haven't just made the whole story action.

Talents: Can sail pretty much anything, knows basic martial arts and usage of weapons. Speaks three languages fluent. Brilliant swimmer- mostly Recon work.
Traits/personality: Unpredictable but usually funny or moody. Through all her mood swings she is rather bold.
Friend/enemy: Friend.
