Hmmm, I can see even a not guilty conscious blame himself Harry feeling a lot of guilt for his actions, and his mistake, getting discovered, feeling responsible for the death and destruction here.
Although if this world's Dumbles isn't playing a game, putting Neville and Voldy in proximity and on collision courses, WHAT is the PURPOSE of Harry NOT outing QuirrelDeMort, especially after this CRIME?
I can see one of the weaknesses in the story, the author has tried to patch over some, the problem of a 17 year old mind perving on ten year old girls, even if he's in an 11 year old body. Also, the common flaw of so many time travel fics, an adult mind Harry regressing to soon act and morph to the persona of a child of the body age he is inhabiting, is also slightly patched by this odd "body shell" keeping parts of the character of the "soul" that used to occupy it. At least the author has recently show Harry is BORED being a 17 year old graduate, taking 1st year classes.
I'm not going to skim reviews and try to figure out which ones upset the author as past rants in some author notes indicated.
I will offer this advice: Thicken your skin. Artists and actors, writers, have critics, a thin skin or too small ego is not a good character to have when creating work others will criticise. Know that IMO, some harsh reviews are ONLY because some LIKED much of what they read, then were disappointed, and that makes them more "passonate" in expressing disappointment in a review. Or for me, it's often I feel an author showing LOTS of promise, but is just not quite delivering, just if ONLY the story were a bit better, and I'll be a bit bitchy in a review.
Interesting the author recently seems to be tossing out the polls and writing what he wants to write. If you have not pre-planned a story, or are not one to take polls and outline a story, a free flowing writing, IMO is of course NEEDING to toss someone in our out of the harem as you like. For me, I have a BAD habit of trying to have a pairing or small multi, and what I call the slippery slope of sliding into harem fic writing. I've at times, created such a good depth of character in say a female, and I'll think it unfair she's on the outside, not getting to join in the "fun" and add her to the harem.
The writer has lots of talent. Many of the lines and humor are lame, but a lot, including a lot of the snark, had me laughing more than I probably would, reading a fic that was suppose to be humorous.
I'll book mark this in my "abandoned likely" folder, since the cliff hanger is less than half a year for being 3 years since an update.
Writer showed a lot of original ideas or implimented others' ideas well. The story was more of a "page turner" than most, holding interest, keeping readers interested in reading more, continuing, though alas it's MIA or DOA now. Good luck in writing and in life.

I'm generally NOT a Harmony fan, fanfics of fanfics of fanfic cliche Hermione tends IMO to be grating on the last nerve than endearing, in her cliche SOP caricature character.
Even if you don't have Ron attaching himself to Neville, which IS possible with a Neville being a lot like Draco of canon, not associating with a poor Weasley.
But really, other than a completely different Hermione, or killing her off. I'd think her life will be hell if she's in Gryffindor with Ron and a swelled head Neville, and LavLav and Pavarti not friendly either.
Cater tor readers, and perverts, who make incest sister the MOST popular pick. A bit of a mockery of the whole PUREBLOOD "inbreeding" wouldn't you say?.
NOT a harmony fan, but the setup here, IMO would BENEFIT with a non-cliche Hermione. I'd think Harry would at least befriend her. And surely not let her be shunned and alone, mistreated.
Doing that and your super sexy Harry remaining platonic ... well, good luck with that. But then I suppose you can have Hermione not exist, or be a lesbian or be a boy, than ignored because of the "voted" pairings. Reader input is one thing, but an author should, IMO also NOT let readers make all decisions, otherwise it's like, "Here, make this boat out this wire mesh.", because the POLL said to do that. Doing what works or will work with the auithor's ideas is better than catering fully to reader poll input.

Please tell me he doesn't make the team and his ego deflates a little :P on second thoughts, his head could afford to get a little bigger...

So...I think the incest angle is creepy...but I love the whole: "who is this new Harry and how is he trying to kill me" thing that Iris and Sirius has going on :) Also, Ivy is adorable :)
