Timeline is a bit incorrect
Mannoroth was summoned by Archimonde who was summoned by Kel’Thuzad who at this time still wasn’t resurrected yet.
Thus following this logic Mannoroth couldn’t have been present to boost Grom

You do understand, that arrival of draenei in WOW, is blizzards own attempt, on exactly same premis you going for? (they are useful for inspiration and point of referenc for your story)

As someone who appreciate's WoW's lore, it is actually difficult for me to sympathize with the non-humans. Humanity constantly sacrificed itself to protect them during the various invasions by various things and generally the non-humans either refused to help even after that or sent what amounts to a token force. Hell, the Night Elves flat out attacked the humans while man was saving the world out of nothing more than incredible arrogance. The New Alliance strikes me as more along the lines of people who got fed up with the non-humans' ungrateful bullshit. The only serious problem is that they allied with the Burning Legion and the Scourge.

I'm guessing you aren't going to have those watchers arrested or something. They're acting outside of their authority. Illidan was released to the Eastern Kingdoms, that means they have no right of any kind to hunt him.
Considering magic works through the use of the essence of the World Soul, it wouldn't work off world. Draenor seemed to have it, but the Draenei ships relied on a Na'ru "core" or the Twisting Nether itself. So, there are work-arounds to draw magic from the Twisting Nether so magic can be used off of a planet with a World Soul or other magic source.
I like the way you're handling magitech. It isn't so much "beyond science or magic" as it is "beyond what they're current understanding of science or magic can achieve alone". So, they while they still need an advanced understanding of science and magic to achieve more, they don't need quite as much of either to achieve what could be accomplished with just one or the other.

Poor Illidan. He's the true hero and every time people stop his plans it turns out "Wait, you're not really the bad guy? Oh, you were going to destroy the Big Bad? Ummm..oops? Sorry?" Yeah, basically, any time he's the "enemy" I (and many players) just feel like "Why would I want to stop him?"

Just uplift the natives, at least the Alliance species have earned it and the humans there are human.
Primitive minds that progressed far more quickly than the Protoss have in a radically shorter period of time, seeing as Terran analogous technologies can at least accomplish the same objective as Protoss tech and the Protoss know better than to fight Terrans if they can avoid it AND Terrans learned from and replicated some science of Protoss artifacts and Zerg biology with Terran technology.
So much for primitive.

Actually, canon says depleted uranium rounds are used for long range with a 25% increase in rang for an Impaler. Armor-piercing rounds are separate. So, since depleted uranium is not used for piercing armor, just how stupidly powerful are their AP rounds?

Biggest issues with this story I'll say would be that there are WAY to many plot at the same time.

I really like your story it is one of the few good starcraft fanfictions out there. This story is wonderfully written and it is clear that a lot of care and imagination has been put into this. I would like to know if you are continuing this story? And if you have writers block maybe I could help since I read a lot of books I may be of some use to you. Keep up the great work and pleaz continue this story.

This story is awesome. I love it and am looking forward to your next update. But I have to ask, what is with the other races of the Horde (Trolls and Tauren), or the Worgen and Draenei? you never mentioned them. and will some of the "Neutral" factions besides the Dragons (like the Naga, Furbolgs, Pandaren, Centaurs, Harpyies, etc.) also make an appearance?
Btw, I'm very curious how the Protoss and the Draenei will react once they meet each other (I mean not only are they both very advanced, old and longlived spacefaring civilications, they also use both surprisingly similar technology (practically everything has some sort of crystall as a base)).
It would be nice if the different factions of Lordaeron would not just copy the Terrans and Protoss tech, but develop their own design (like the humans not focussing as much on distance like the Terrans but more on close quarters, or the Dwarves staying with designs that look like they do now but are a lot more advanced than they look).
Maybe, once you finished this story and have the Alliance and the Horde make their first steps into space, you could make another crossover with Mass Effect for example. It would be awesome to see how each race would manage spaceflight (I imagine the Nightelves having Starships that are in concept rather familiar to the Zerg Leviathans, but instead of a giant beast they have mobile Forests :). Or the Naga having something which looks like a flying Cooral Reef). It would be interesting to see the ME Citadel interact with a threeway Alliance between the Koprulu sector (Terrans, Zerg and Protoss), the Alliance and the Horde.
It would be awesome if you could do that :)

I would say the Dwarfs are very smart: in a medieval world they are the ones who invited Gunpowder and Firearms (BOOMSTICKS ;)... I love that nickname for a gun), as well as Tanks and helicopters. the only others who are (technologically) their equals are the Gnomes who invented robotics and the Goblins who also invented Gunpowder, but they use it for Bombs (in fact all these 3 factions invented all these things paralell to each other, they just focus on different areas (Dwarves mostly on Firearms, Gnomes on steampowered Robots and Gobolins on everything that goes boom) but all of them use the other things too).

I found the conclusion of malthus's and Eli's conversation a bit ironic. Granted there is a high chance of chaos due to meddling, but the opposite is also quite apparent. Inspiration, innovation and ideals never thought of before is providing common ground for many of the races of Azeroth and paving the way towards a subjectively better future.
