Great story. Hope you keep updating it in due time, I can see you have a lot on your plate :D I think you portrayed the grimmness of a Voldie victory very well. That was some quality nightmare fuel if that makes sense. Your writing style is good and clear. Character interactions on point. All in all good stuff.
If you care to hear some constructive criticism then one of the things I'd note is you kind of went "cool Draco goes in, asshole Ronald goes out" and quite hard at that. Well at least he is not a Deatheater, yet :P Still that felt a bit cliche and forced, maybe it would have been better if he remained part of the dynamic. He would slow down Draco's efforts but it would feel more natural for it. And eventually even he has to mellow out I figure ;)
I'd also make more use of Draco if I were you. As in he was the leader of their army in the future, an adult wizard who was presumably tutored in some powerful magic. He acts pretty much how a Draco of his years would, he should be much more mature, composed and capable. I get he might be a bit emotionally stunted given his circumstances but still.
Likewise why not use his knowledge more, now that the other two trusted him they could have tried Dumbledore. It is not hard to check if Moody was polyjuiced. Then set a trap for Voldie in the cemetery. Instead of Harry portkeying in it is Dumbledore. Take out the Rat and seize baby!Voldie. You can keep him imprisoned indefinitely and the war is won :D I get that kind of would have ended the plot and all, but his knowledge should be better utilized for sure.

i really hope that you can continue this wonderful and amazing story, please is really good and original, i never reed something similar about this trama where Draco traveled in time and made the rigth thin, and the caracters took the place from their young versions, greetings
