I just love this. Love the way Castle turns her anger around on her. Ugh, I have all these feelings right now. And not a one of them dirty or dessert related. I can't even find a way to work wet nuts into this one.

I'm not even shamed to say I read this three times. Or that I made sister pause Star Wars for this. Or that I squealed a bit when I saw new alert for your story in my inbox.
I love how she was MAD MAD MAD at him! So much better than dead. So true.
I'm SO glad you made him equally... hmm.. Not mad, but emotional? And that he's NOT sorry for what he did. It's SO Castle.
Actually, this whole scene was so in character for both of them. And I totally expect something like this on the show one day. I think it would fit perfectly and that it would only show how the show doesn't have to end or become boring and uninteresting if the main characters are together. SO many things to explore!
"Now you know how I feel?" AAAAH! Can her response be any more perfect? It's like thousand I-love-yous, kisses and hugs at once.
And I'm glad he wasn't afraid of telling her that or that he didn't just back down when she was all aggressive towards him.
And he was shot! So it must mean he got the bullet that was meant for her! AH!
It's crazy, really, how such a short story can make me this thrilled.

That was great! Very realistic fight-that-turns-sexy moment! I can totally see them fighting for exactly that reason, leading to secrets being spilled because they can't fathom the idea of losing each other. Well done!
