First off, I really love the Harry x Cho ship, to say so would be an understatement. When I read your works a few years back I absolutely loved the subtle differences storywise, and the development in their relationship. This story has seen no end that many of us await.
I hope that you return to this fanfiction, as it is one of my favorites by far. (and I spend a lot of time on fanfiction) Thank you for sharing and rebooting your wonderful works!

So, years ago, this was the very first story of Fanfiction I ever read. My very first exposure to Fanfiction and it did not disappoint me at all when I was a Harry/Cho shipper. Still am sort of, but I have pairings I like even more now. But this story will always be one of my favorites.

Hello. I'm actually currently working on Cho/Oliver story and have decided to take a look at what other Cho stories are out there. I like this start, I do think Cho had way more potential, and sort of surprised at the lack of love for her. I am curious if you were able to pinpoint when Cho started on the team. I can't tell if she'd been on it but Harry, thanks to hormones or a lack of his at the time and all the craze may not have noticed earlier. Though starting at 4th does seem reasonable, though if she'd loved quidditch since age six, seems interesting she'd wait to try out. If you ever want to talk Cho I'd love to discuss more! PM me. I actually really want to read both your versions as I'm new to writing so I'm interested to see how others work.

I know this seems like a it of a late review considering that it was last updated two and a half years ago (it's 2/6/18 now), but I just now discovered this story and I'm absolutely loving it. The way you craft Harry and Cho's intimate thoughts is of such high quality I could swear that you were JK Rowling publishing under a pseudonym. I'm a strong supporter of the Harry/Cho ship because there was so much potential between those two (especially considering the fact that Harry had been pining for her for three books and two movies) than Harry's eventual relationship with Ginny which came across as rather forced seeing as he never felt anything beyond her being like an adopted sister until Half-Blood Prince. But I digress. I'm not sure if you'll ever see this, but if you do, I just want to let you know that you still have strong supporters, myself included, and I am eagerly awaiting the next chapter. I'm intrigued as to how the events of Order of the Phoenix will be changed now that Harry and Cho are a pairing and how Marietta's loyalty to the DA will be affected as well due to Cedric's death.
Honest to God, this is the best Potter fic I've read in a while simply because of how quality and genuine it is in exploring what might have been. I really hope you update soon!

This chapter didn't t flow as well as the others because you stepped away from the first person close in the middle of Cho's narrative and it was jarring. The description were epic and that's fine but to didn't feel like Cho or Harry.
I did enjoy the look at Marrietta and Padma it was interesting the Cho awknoledges that sometimes es Marrietta doesn't do what's best for her friends because she wants to be better but how she always tries to keep herself in check.

Point to fact: Draco was on Goyle's shoulders in the book.
Moving on. I like the tighter focus on Harry and Chi's thoughts. The tight stream of consciousness make the story better because it makes me care more about their thoughts and feelings.

I read the first um... 'incarnation' of this story while you were writing it and when nothing was posted on it for sometime I just figured it was another of those awesome fabrics that never get finished for what ever reason. Then when I was looking through my old favorites list today I you found that you had written this and why so I decided to give it a go on the theory that you will eventually (hopefully) come back to it when real life called down a bit. After all I had something like that happen to me when I was posting my 'Welcome Home' and that story was complete before I post the first chapter. Anyways, onto my actual review:
Interesting that Cho dwelled so much on Harry' s first glimpse of her and his expression when he did. Its rather sweet and a solid foundation for an actual relationship to build from. I also like that this was from Cho's point of view so we could see everything about her quidditch life. And its also a very good way of distancing this version of Cho from the version of her in your first incarnation of this story. This was further helped along by your authors note that reminded everyone of Cho's other backstory.
I look forward to reading the rest of this story!

Even to this day as years pass I still read and re-read both versions of The Autumn Swan. I know it has been years since you last updated this story, and I imagine your life must be very busy. However, I do hold on to hope that you will one day continue this amazing piece of work you started.

I really, REALLY hope you're still actively writing this story. This site doesn't have enough multi-chapter Harry x Cho stories. I read the original version and loved it, and this exceeds it in every way. I'll be looking forward to future updates to this story.

Truly this is one of my favorite Harry Potter stories if not my favorite! I read your first attempt and loved it and now your revamped version and I've fallen in love all over again! I can't wait for the next part!
