Oh my god... can’t believe it took me less than a day to finish reading this story and it’s worth every second!
Hana may not be the type of character i like. Like honestly, she’s self-centered, stubborn, only good at ballet and not other chores (please don’t take it personally) yeah she’s like the kind of girl that asian inlaws wouldn’t approve of (lol sorry) but the way you portrayed her is perfect. You made us tolerate her and empathize with her. And it doesn’t only apply to her but the other characters as well. I hated ryo (i still do) but hey he and hana still remained friends. Love all of the ocs, if you ask me. Mr. Kurosawa and even ren. Wow. You brought life to these characters!
I love your writing style the most! The dialogues, the narrative... filled with a balanced amount of sarcasm and somewhat poetic description.
Oh and love the plot of course. The character development, how the story progressed so far. I can tell it derives from a simple plot about high school teenage drama, but like i said, you can’t expect your mind to be blown by a high school themed story. It just doesn’t add up lol but this story exceeds my expectations so far.
Even tho you didn’t really apply japanese education system to this story. Like, students in japan don’t move classes. They are put in a class and stuck with the classmates for the whole year. And i also notice how often you threw french phrases, which left me in confusion most of the time haha a simple advice, maybe put a translation next time?
Overall, i really love love this story! Thanks for writing this amazing story :D

So, I just finished this whole story and I'm in the middle of 'A Boy and Girl Affair'.
this is such an incredibly amazing fic. The characters are spot on, your OC is amazing - I love her!
I cannot begin to tell you how refreshing it is to see an OC driven fanfic that it's Mary Sue.

Haha, this entire chapter was adorable. Mr. Kurosawa seems like a really cool guy. I was really interested in learning more about Ryo; I read a lot of A Hidden Path's works and she made him seem a bit more like Izzy in terms of social awareness lol xD But I'm glad to see this take on him. I'm glad your OC's first (bad) boyfriend isn't as generic as, say, the one I'm using lol xD Dang it. Maybe I should work on that.

Hello! I've actually already read this fic but I decided to drop in every few chapters and leave a review :) I also usually don't read Tai-centric nor high school fics haha but I found myself a bit enamored by your writing style, and since I'm trying to learn how to develop better character-driven stories I gave it a go. I not only really enjoyed it but I learned a lot, so thank you :D
All right..a first day for the new student, a science project for a couple of teenagers..I'm sure nothing too scandalous will come of this haha. I'm so glad I never had a teacher like Mr. Tokoya, good lord lol.

Taichi and Hana are my FAVOURITE CanonOc pairing EVER. Even my ocs suck compared to Hana. I might have to stick to Yamato from now on. This was absolutely brilliant. I could hardly stop reading. Absolutely fantastic!
My favourite moment however must be the bike ride with Davis though. Hands down.

Not my finale review just yet, just a mere statement already before I continue reading but dear lord I cannot for the life of me figure out if I hate Ryo or understand him yet. He's such an arse for cheating on Hana BUT he's right; Hana IS definitely the selfish one in their relationship. ARGH so frustrating! I can't decide to hate him or understand him!

Ooh hon you kept me up reading this (and do take that as a compliment) but overall Iove this story! Yes! You gave Tai a lovely OC, and she wasn't like the typical Mary Sues. I really wish you luck on any future projects, I will be happily awaiting them :)

Oh my gosh, total nostalgia to Davis suggestion strip poker in the show! I literally rewound the youtube video like five times to convince myself that he had, in fact, said that!
And, I have to say, I like the dares and truths you're having them do, here. It's very easy for a T&D game to go too far or not far enough, so...props. It's very entertaining.

Ahh, so much amusement between my last review and this one, thank you!
I do want to comment on Tai's character in this chapter (17), only because you commented on being uncertain about it. In my mind (and seriously, that's a crazy place, so take whatever I say with a grain of salt), someone with Tai's character does not give in when he's cornered (you spefically used cornered, which is why I mention it). When a person with traces of aggression and hard-headedness is cornered, they fight. They don't roll over the way Tai did here. (Poor, besotted boy!)
Also, I'm starting to see Hana as being light hearted, playful, and a little immature, as opposed to stubborn and snarky, which is what I thought of her earlier. I want to make sure I'm interpreting her correctly? Obviously she can't show every facet of herself all at once.
Oh my gosh, I laughed so hard when Hana compared the boys to random veggies XD XD XD
Also, the phrase "pull a Matt Ishida" is extremely amusing, and I love it.
