Your title confuses me.
Mizore's already in love, she has been since pretty much the beginning of the series.
If you're going to jump in with all that development already in place then you can't just cherry pick which parts of it happened. Either write from an earlier point, or deal with Mizore already being in love with Tsukune.
That said, this is only the first of a great many issues with this mess. OOC everybody, a gary stu with an incredibly stupid name and what a surprise yet another OC-fic where the OC instantly meets the main characters and gets along with them.

Hmmm...based on what I've read so far, Razor's some form of yokai based off of the bengal tiger. I mean, That's the only creature I know of that could grant the kind of prowess Razor has AND explains his aquaphobia since bengals love to swim...course, he could be a samebiko, but then why Siberia? Guess that just another reason to fav and follow! Update soon!

I simply adore this story you have created with Mizore. I find that working on the side character has been a freeing experience for you because i notice great creative influences. However, I cant help bu wonder why severly hide the monster identity, but then again you are the author. I do really like your story and it would be a huge compliment to me as a fellow writer to have you read my only work and write on it. I never posted my Mizore Fanfic, but i love yours so much better than others i have seen
