I rather liked this chapter.
See our pilots are not as attached to their raider bodies as I thought.
Doesn't lessen the interest in them on the changes made to them.
Especially Shinji.
Rather look forward to next chapter since it's gonna revolve around him/her.

Personally, I am conflicted over this story. When I first read it, I was horrified. But now, with two updates, I've learnt more.
Such as the fact you don't seem to grasp anything of the technology available in Battlestar. Sure, the Cylons are far more advanced compared to the Colonials, but Cylon Raiders have no NEED for any sort of canopy. So how come Shinji's gets one that can BECOME, not is, not isn't CAN BECOME transparent. This isn't Star Trek with cloaks and transparent aluminium for windows, this is Battlestar! Raiders have no use for such a device, because they are literally FLYING BRAINS. The ONLY access to the inside of a raider is through that hatch in the bottom. There is NO CANOPY.
Then there's the Pilots themselves. Shinji gets turned into a girl... for WHAT reason may I ask? Then Asuka, who by your own words in the first chapter, has been strapped into that raider for THREE YEARS. Yet she calmly gets up and out of the raider with no problems. Haven't you HEARD of muscle wastage?
This story just defies all belief.

You might want to check the Battlestar Wiki article about the modern Cylon Raider and rewrite elements of this chapter to take that information into account... other than that, well done.

I really like the story so far. It's going to be interesting when they meet the colonials... I wonder if they buy their story - and what will happen next. I can't wait for the next chapter!

Wow.
Really cool.
What a concept, Shinji and fellow EVA pilots becoming the brains of Cylon Raiders.
Probably didn't have to ask, but these are the ones with the single red roaming eye, right?
I am just so curious so see what goes on in their minds when they wake up.
Please continue this soon, please.
Oh, one more thing to see if I got it clear: It took less than three days to brainwash, and three years to convert them to Cylon Raiders, correct?

very interesting and at the same time both scary and disquieting. Cavil is always a dark personality no matter how you look at him. Only one of his model seemed redeemable to me, that was the one that was with Samuel Anders' resistance group.
