Interesting points there. If I were to take this challenge on (and if I did it would only be after I've finished one of the mountain of other stories I need to finish), it would probably take place somewhere around the first three, as they're the ones I'm most familiar with. And as for which series, probably Transformers (the two series fit reasonably well together), Kingdom Hearts, Naruto or Pokemon (games)

while i agree that there should be more R&C Xovers i found that it is very difficult to wright them without making the characters with ratchet weapons godlike with firepower, i saw a good example of this when buffy was crossed over with starwars and R&C by throwing xander into the starwars universe after giving him ratchets skills, weapons, knowledge, personality, clank and his ears and tail. i found that this makes characters to g-d mode which usualy ruins a story.
and by the way to have a new category created you have to go to help(at the top right of the screen, just below the sign up button), then support and select the option new categories/characters, then wright an email to fanfiction administration requesting the new category.
btw if you do find one of the stories that you suggested in this challenge please post it on your story/account or create a community so we who are also looking for these style stories can also enjoy them.
