admittedly, I would have liked to read this in its full non-drabble form but fucking hell this was SO GOOD. normally when I want a good whump fic I seek out egon abuse but this was a delightful treat I didn't expect to enjoy nearly as much as I did!

Oh I just LOVE this story. I miss Ghostbusters very much and you really bring the characters alive. I hope you do finish it someday. :) Who says you can't write more than one story at a time? :D

Wait a sec . . . I LIKE it without all the melodrama in the middle, so no apologizing for that. And you can't help but love Ray - just like a puppy that wants to please! Good job:-)

*nods in approval* Impressive, indeed. I like these three short installments; even though the, might not link unto the previous chapters, they seem like snippets and pieces of the overall story. Consider them as build-ups to a following key scene; explaining how one or the other particular event came to happen. I'll be keeping an eye on this.

Yep, that second section should definitely be an entire story, where you elaborate more on what has THE Pete Venkman behaving so strangely. I liked it a lot, though. I liked how you reached into their world and seemed to get it down pat. Egon was his usual self, though still very much concerned about his friend. Hell, even I was concerned about Peter, there. All in all, a lovely addition! Can't wait to see more!

Yes, Jack, Ron, Sam and Bud are brutal, yet honest friends. Especially Jack. And Jim. Don't forget Jim ;-) I like how you mentioned that's what his entire life would have been like in the last paragraph.

As an insomniac, I feel for the guy. Of course, I don't suffer from terrifying-ghost induced nightmares. Love the drunken bar fight. Interesting and intriguing.

Lmao, Pete when he's drunk. You gotta love that guy. The fight was awesome and again it felt like I was sitting right there with him. I LOVED the bar keep. He was so much fun after the fight with "this one's on the house." Wicked smooth.
And then top it off with good ole Egon, mother henning over Pete. Loved it. These two might just be my new obsession! Thanks!
Great chapter!

You know, now I wanna read the rest if you still have it and wouldn't mind sharing it. And you really make me wanna read story with a Peter/Egon pairing. I loved the way you got inside Pete's head. It felt like I was really reading his thoughts and that made reading this fluid and enjoyable.
You even had the other characters down exceptionally well! If you ever feel like delving back into this fandom and especially if you decide to write a Pete/Egon story, do let me know!
I thoroughly enjoyed this, JB! Great story!

This is quite godd; I love the way you portrayed Peter's boisterous, cynic stree-wise character. Fleshed-out, almost tangible descriptions, a good eye for background details along with the tongue-in-cheek-humour which is so characteristic for the show...you got on great story on your hands here, hon, and it would be sad, if you didn't continue it.
