Maaaaah! An amazing start to the story!
As for MP: Derf or her Void Magic is prob the best thing to use. While Derf wasn't used by her, it is apart of her "Legend" and her Void Magic is well- a pretty much EX Rank NP in the simplistic terms. (I can't remember if she got a book or something as well to cast spells with?) but yeah, Derf or her Void Magic would be her NP simply.
That, and the ability to summon Saito, her Familiar. Of course it'd be a "copy" just like herself, but would act/be exactly like Saito. Just being "Fake" (I guess? Not sure to explain). Although then again he could be a seperate Hero that she could summon, much like the original Caster did in the UBW line.
I'm not really familiar with Familiar of Zero due to having to see only little episodes and such, but I've been reading fanfiction of it (mostly crossovers) which for the most part sticks to canon. If possible, Louise could have a NP that creates the world she lived in or something?
Not sure but that's all I can talk about due to being inexperienced with FoZ.

Did you just use Harry Potter as Louise's familiar in this fic? I wasn't notice it for a moment but when I read this fic over and over again, I noticed few details which are familiar and then I realized later, similar with Harry.
First, Louise mentioned about her familiar said that Earth is different from Halkegenia and that Earth had more people than Halkegenia, meaning, the familiar was coming from modern era at least since human population became increased with crazy speed started from at least 20th century from what I knew.
Second, Louise use a teleportation with a crack sound like a THUNDER. Only wizards in HP can do that.
Third, She can use a SWORD. Harry also wielding sword -The Gryffindor Sword- and it's a possibility that he teach her how to do it.
Fourth and the most crucial point that made me realized why I felt familiar with him was you describe him as; a tall man with trench coat and glasses, and speaking something in English. So far I knew, only Harry had those characteristics. I mean just look at him, most of the time he got described with trench coat, he's quite tall, he wears glasses indeed, and he's speaking English for being a British. With all previous describe gathered together, this is my conclusion I guess.
It's a cool story by the way. I hope you're update this.

Actually it was Shinji's uncle, Matou Kariya, who competed in the 4th War. His father, Matou Byakuya, has no magic circuits and he died of unknown causes between the 4th and 5th War.
