I think it should be something at least vaguely Russian, or a name that's used in Russia, like Maksim, Erik or Ivan. Even if he's lost his memories, he should've retained his native language (assuming he's still Russian in your story), and it's hard to make a name like 'Justin' seem believable when he's 6' 7" with a Russian accent. Maksim's my favorite, and it apparently means 'the greatest' which I think most readers can agree, he IS.
I so do enjoy your writing; it's very compelling and I look forward to the next chapter.
