I like it, but I feel like the very end was a little bit rushed, only because you couldve put more to it...but still it was really good!

"'A mewling quim,' he'd called her. That rankled too, especially since she had looked up the meaning of the words online."
I did the same! xD I thought it would mean "idiot" or something like that or that I was just stupid because english isnt my first language.
God, I just want to hug Natasha. I really loved that scene. How she used everything Loki said to get information out of him and didnt gave him the reaction he wanted from her. You just have to love Natasha. :) But I also thought that maybe deep down she was really hurt by his words because..well, they were pretty scary!
I love how Clint was there to help Natasha. And that she trusted Clint enough to tell him about her fears and her bad dreams.
And the end, oh god..How they still want to be..only friends? I dont know but I think that was very in-character. :)

This is amazing! Nothing seemed out of place, or implausible; I could honestly see it happening. I wish something along these lines would have happened, being entirely honest!

This is so good! I thought you wrote both Natasha & Clint perfectly, & everything just flowed, ya know? Nothing seemed out-of-place or choppy. Have you thought about writing a full Clint/Natasha story? You just did such a good job with this oneshot that I can't wait to see what you'd do with a full fic! Plus there is such a shortage of good Clint/Natasha (Blackeye?)fics, & I just have so many Clint/Natasha feelings.

Fantastic. So much intensity and emotion with the most careful word choice. Nothing seemed out of characters or forced. It was like I could see it happening. Well done.
