For the longest time I thought your first chapter to this story was a one shot and I loved it with all my heart, reading time and again the sweetness of Erica struggling through it all. Loved it so much I saw the title on the site while looking helplessly for new Callica out there as I so often still do, and I thought to myself I'd write a comment to let you know how among the hundreds of callica fiction I have saved on my hardrive yours always strikes a chord within me and draws me to read it and read it again. And then I realized there were a hell of a lot more chapters to it and I could barely contain my joy. And you, my friend, didn't disappoint. I was frustrated at Callie right alongside Erica, I could feel her frustration, her adoration, her inability to express herself, her sassines, her sweetness. It was genuine, it was in-character, it was believable. And I feel safe in this enough to say it for the second time ever about a fanfiction (the first having been about One Heart too Many which is in my opinion a masterpiece, so you're overall in pretty good company I'd say) even if you never ever write or publish a single word of this story again, even if you do the cruellest thing you can do to a fangirl (and that is to leave a story incomplete) it is still one of the greatest. Thank you for writing it.

No, seriously, I adore you - because this fic is just PERFECT.
It's got just the right amount of angst and fluff and smut and h&c and overall adorableness.
You portrait Erica incredibly, and Callie's also very well written. Also, I love the plot. (Because, let's be honest, it's beyond sweet.)
And this latest chapter? I WANNA MARRY YOU! It's perfect on so many levels. Both of them being down, and insecure, and feeling it's their place to apologize, and then the awkwardness when they've made up but don't really know the boundaries, and in the end them being happy - but still having /situations/, like when Erica freaks out because she thinks Callie didn't like it.
Oh, and Mark of course. He's also totally in character ;)
Did I mention that I love you?

Just, two tiny things I think sum up amazingly well why I love this story (and your writing):
'I don't know. If you hadn't come back then maybe something could have…she made me feel attractive I guess? And less of a total disaster. But you did come back,' she says earnestly. 'And she's…fine I suppose and nice but Erica, she's not you.'

'Most people think I'm a bitch, Callie,' I continue doggedly. 'And I can be. I play up to it. People would think you were crazy if…' I can't bring myself to say it, I want it too much. 'They'd think I was dragging you down,' I finish sullenly.
'Well, I could care less what they think,' she says angrily. 'I'm pretty much already the hospital freak anyway. And you're not a bitch. Pretend all you want but I know it's not true. So don't ever say that again.'/i

I love all your stories and always get exited when you update even if it is a year or a FEW months later. This scenes of reconciliation turned out to be plausible and quite believable. Keep going and update when you can.
